Every ECHO Flow has built in hidden mode called boot mode. Check out how to access that mode.

Turn off the device by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
After that hold down Volume Up + Power key for a few seconds.
When Boot Mode appears release all keys.
Nice! In this mode scroll down by using Volume Up and press Volume Down.
